2:  Read the procedures to which you must comply

3:  Identify the cost of certification

4. Identify the cost of certification view the   
    International FEE SCHEDULE

 

4:  Work out what type of certification to apply for

5:  Submit your application

How to make an appeal:

To make an appeal on any decision made by ACO (including non-conformances, suspension, decertification and product withdrawl/ recall) please follow the procedure outlined below.

 

Appeal Procedure:

Any ACO certification applicant who disagrees with the decision made by the ACO certification office may appeal to the ACO office within 30 days from the receipt of the notification of the decision.

 

Your appeal must be in writing and clearly outline the reason you are contesting the decision made by the ACO office.  


Submit your written appeal - titled 'Offical Appeal ACO' - to info@aco.net.au with your contact details provided.

 

Are you a smaller grower who supplies produce for domestic markets only with an annual income of $75K or less from organic sales? You may qualify for the OGA Small Producers Program with the benefit of reduced costs and a simplified certification process.
